Mr. Rahman is a fellow member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) & Institute of Public Accountants of Australia. He is also a certified management accountant of Australia. Besides he also completed the Chartered Secretary Course from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) and is an Associate Member of the Institute. He has vast experience in the capital market for more than 25 years. He worked for Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. in various capacities finally as CEO. He got training in U.S.A. Securities & Exchange Commission, Tokyo Stock Exchange & many other international Stock Exchanges. He is a widely traveled person & visited many Countries.
